I moved to Austin in 1981 as a child back when Austin was a smaller town. I met my husband, Peter, at a high school football game at House Park stadium and we now have two great sons. As a couple looking to invest in real estate in our early 20's, we scraped together our funds and were lucky enough to purchase our first home in 1991 in southeast Austin after renting in the South Congress area of Travis Heights. Since purchasing that first home we have purchased and sold properties for both ourselves and for clients all over Central Texas including the lakes (both lake view and waterfront), Cedar Park, San Marcos, Buda, Kyle, Round Rock, Burnet, Florence, and neighborhoods all across Austin from the veloway/circle-c area to Soco, to the East side, to central Austin icon's including Allendale, the neighborhood where A/C was first introduced in Austin and where we called home for quite a few years, to starter homes up north, to the sprawling homes of Northwest hills. Our properties and my client's needs have ranged from investment properties to treasured lifetime homes.
